Trip to the Seychelles

Booking: all bookings are centralised and are made via the Seychelles Consulate in either London or the Seychelles, or via our head office. You cannot register for treatment without informing the Seychelles Government. You will have a choice of flights and accommodation to suit your needs from your nearest major airport. Tissu is very flexible and we are happy to try and accommodate any request.

Support staff and Tissu personnel will cater for individual needs such as mobility.

Tissu and Air Seychelles have an agreement that allows for priority bookings for wheelchair passengers.  All Tissu clinics and accommodation are fully wheelchair accessible and Tissu patients will be given priority on Air Seychelles flights.  It may be advisable to consider a short term indwelling bladder catheter for long flights, if there are mobility issues and it is essential to consider prophylaxis against Deep Venous Thrombosis.  Please mention this to your consultant at Tissu or contact Tissu ground staff.

All stem cell patients will be met on arrival in the Seychelles by a Government representative.  Your transfer to your accommodation will be with the representative in one of our own transport vehicles, which caters for disabled patients.
